We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to facilitate 2 product engineering teams of 5-7 people each.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a servant-leader and Agile coach, guiding two cross-functional teams in applying Agile principles tailored to the organization’s context. Focus on building high-performing, self-managed teams by fostering ownership, collaboration, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement. Create a psychologically safe environment where team members feel empowered to speak up, take initiative, and learn from challenges. Facilitate key Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives, refinement sessions), ensuring they are effective, time-boxed, and value-driven. Ensure that discussions, decisions, and action items are captured and followed through to completion. Coach teams to deliver valuable increments by key milestones, with special attention to release timelines and stakeholder expectations. Support the team in realistic planning, estimation, and forecasting, enabling predictable and sustainable delivery. Actively identify and remove impediments, ensuring they are tracked to resolution and not left open or ambiguous. Protect the team from uncontrolled scope expansion, and maintain focus on top priorities. Promote strong team collaboration with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and of goals and priorities. Coordinate with other teams, participate in cross-team syncs, and foster system-level alignment, ensuring cross-team dependencies are visible, actively followed up, and progressed to resolution. Drive clarity in cases of ambiguity by facilitating alignment and ensuring teams converge on a path forward. Act as a communication and cultural bridge across global teams, enabling smooth collaboration across regions, time zones, and diverse cultural backgrounds. Contribute to broader Agile adoption by coaching individuals and teams, encouraging an Agile mindset throughout the organization

Required Qualifications

Experience in IT 5+ years, 3+ years as a Scrum Master; Experience in work by Agile (Scrum, Kanban, XP) methodologies; Experience building team and facilitation of evaluation to Performing state; Fluent English; Outstanding written and oral communication skills; Good understanding of SDLC; Highest education, preferably technical.

Preferred Qualifications

Scrum/Less/Agile Certificates. Familiarity with modern Cloud Computing services such as Azure, AWS etc. Apply To This Job
