At arenaflex, the Customer Care Associate is the front‑line ambassador of our brand. Key Responsibilities

  • Order Capture & Processing: Receive inbound orders, verify details, and enter them precisely into arenaflex’s order‑management platform (formerly known as SAP). Ensure each transaction is logged with zero errors to support seamless fulfillment.
  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: Utilize a suite of arenaflex support tools to investigate and resolve questions, complaints, or product‑availability concerns. Conduct thorough research within arenaflex’s system and coordinate with internal business units when needed.
  • Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed departmental scorecards and metrics, consistently delivering world‑class service. Track personal KPIs and proactively seek ways to improve response times, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Consultative Support: Build rapport with callers, actively listen, and provide tailored recommendations. Suggest alternative products when items are out of stock, highlight current promotions, and guide customers toward the best purchasing decisions.
  • Retention & Loyalty Initiatives: Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships, protect confidential information, and suggest value‑added solutions that encourage repeat business.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, logistics, and marketing teams to relay customer feedback, flag recurring issues, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
  • Ad‑hoc Projects: Support your supervisor with additional tasks, special initiatives, or process‑enhancement activities as required.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications, including arenaflex’s office suite (formerly MS Office) and other web‑based tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on diplomacy, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining data integrity.
  • Sound judgment and problem‑solving capabilities, enabling you to address routine issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling high‑volume inbound calls while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to sit or stand for extended periods while using a computer and telephone.
  • Ability to hear and speak clearly during calls, and to use hands and fingers to operate equipment.
  • Occasional need to lift lightweight items (e.g., documents, training materials) up to 10 lbs.
