As a Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager, you will be at the intersection of data accuracy, seller enablement, and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Intelligence: Develop a deep understanding of the 3P marketplace segment, including seasonality trends, regional demand patterns, and competitor activities.
  • Data Acquisition & Management: Accurately collect, validate, and maintain product, pricing, and inventory data for new and existing sellers using Excel, Google Sheets, and arenaflex’s internal tools.
  • Seller Prospecting & Onboarding: Identify high‑potential sellers, conduct outreach via phone, email, and virtual presentations, and guide them through the registration and onboarding process.
  • Consultative Enablement: Deliver best‑practice guidance to sellers, leveraging data‑driven insights to improve listing quality, fulfillment performance, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including Product, Operations, Legal, and Marketing—to resolve seller issues, streamline processes, and drive joint initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as seller activation rate, product assortment growth, and revenue contribution; prepare regular reports for leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Propose enhancements to data entry workflows, onboarding scripts, and seller education materials based on feedback and performance analysis.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven sales or account‑management experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets using consultative, solution‑focused selling techniques.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization) and familiarity with other MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
