Key Responsibilities

  • Database Management: Maintain multiple databases, ensuring that every record is entered, updated, and organized with precision.
  • Grant Data Entry: Input required grant data into the National Reporting System (NRS) to meet monthly, quarterly, and year‑end deadlines.
  • Attendance & Assessment Tracking: Follow established procedures for recording attendance and assessment data, guaranteeing completeness and accuracy.
  • FERPA Compliance: Safeguard student information by adhering to FERPA guidelines and internal security protocols.
  • Error Checking & Data Clean‑up: Conduct regular audits, identify discrepancies, and perform data clean‑up to support reliable reporting.
  • Timely Data Accessibility: Ensure that staff and stakeholders can retrieve needed information quickly and efficiently.
  • Task Prioritization: Organize and prioritize daily tasks to meet local, state, and program deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Student Outcome Monitoring: Track and evaluate outcomes, including pre‑ and post‑testing results for state‑mandated assessments.
  • Collaboration & Professional Development: Participate actively in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous‑learning opportunities.
  • Document Handling: Scan, label, and file documents; maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Supply Management: Conduct inventory checks and assist with ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Word Processing & Mailings: Draft routine correspondence, prepare mailings, and support general office functions.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED (required).
