Position Overview – Remote Data Entry Consultant (Global Equity)

This remote, entry‑level role is designed for candidates who are eager to dive into the world of equity compensation, stock‑plan administration, and data analytics. As a Consultant, Global Equity you will join a cross‑functional team that supports arenaflex’s long‑term incentive programs, ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and timely reporting for Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and stock‑option plans. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25 and the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States, with a focus on the Montana region for administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Equity Plan Operations & Data Management

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify operational compliance of equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans and stock‑plan purchase programs.
• Process the issuance, vesting, and settlement of PSUs, RSUs, and stock‑option purchase awards with meticulous attention to detail.
• Review equity transaction activity—including option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock‑plan purchases—to ensure accurate and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting.
• Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, internal partners, and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise explanations.
• Support the equity‑based LTI award delivery process and stock‑plan enrollment activities, collaborating closely with HR, finance, and legal teams.
• Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reporting to aid ongoing operations and strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain and update equity administration policies, procedures, and documentation to reflect best practices and regulatory changes.
• Assist with additional equity‑plan administration tasks as needed, including data migrations, system enhancements, and audit preparation.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with global finance, payroll, and HRIS teams (arenaflex’s primary HRIS platform) to streamline data flows and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation or workflow improvements that increase accuracy and reduce cycle time.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects that enhance the overall employee experience related to equity compensation.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 1 year of experience in stock‑plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable discipline is preferred but not mandatory for entry‑level candidates.
• Familiarity with equity instruments such as stock options, PSUs, and RSUs is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly, with a strong analytical mindset.
• Understanding of HRIS systems—specifically arenaflex’s HR platform—and the flow of data between finance, payroll, and equity modules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer‑service orientation.
