Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Data Scientist to join the arenaflex Media Exchange analytics group. This role offers a unique blend of research, experimentation, causal inference, and strategic thinking to develop sophisticated, data‑powered products that enhance customer engagement and conversion across both offline and online channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive models that address both demand forecasting and churn mitigation challenges.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, marketing, and engineering—to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Analyze large, structured and unstructured data sets using modern statistical techniques, machine learning, and AI methodologies.
- Lead the creation of measurement frameworks, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and advanced attribution models, to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality, integrity, and scalability for large‑volume analytics.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences, tailoring communication to senior leadership, product owners, and external partners.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. A Master’s or Ph.D. is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience building predictive models using modern AI/ML techniques for demand forecasting, churn prediction, or similar domains.
