Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our Revenue Cycle Business Services team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients navigating their accounts, ensuring a positive experience while adhering to performance standards and financial targets. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years proven experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment, preferably within health‑care or financial services.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
