- Transaction verification: Review equity transaction activity—including option exercises, RSU/PSU releases, and stock purchase plan actions—to guarantee timely and correct execution.

- Plan enrollment assistance: Aid in the administration of equity‑based long‑term incentive award delivery and stock purchase plan enrollment processes.
