About the Role – Remote Part‑Time Customer Experience Associate

This position is a remote, part‑time opportunity (approximately 20 hours per week) that offers flexibility to match the seasonal rhythms of the fashion industry. You’ll receive comprehensive training, work with cutting‑edge CX tools, and become a subject‑matter expert on arenaflex’s product catalog, fit standards, and subscription models.

Key Details

  • Remote work – candidates must be permanent residents of one of the eligible U.S. states (see list below).
  • Four‑week virtual onboarding (Monday‑Friday, 9:30 am‑4 pm EST) followed by a competency assessment.
  • Flexible shift options across mornings, afternoons, and evenings to accommodate your schedule.
  • Competitive hourly wage: $16 /hr for MA, CO, OR, TX, IL, AZ, VA, FL; $14.50 /hr for TN, KS.
  • arenaflex provides a laptop, headset, and high‑speed internet stipend (minimum 10 Mbps).

  • Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday: 2:00 pm‑7:00 pm

What You’ll Do – Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Interact with customers via live chat, phone, SMS, and email, providing timely, empathetic, and solution‑focused support.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent arenaflex with pride, championing our mission to democratize fashion and promote sustainable style choices.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of all arenaflex offerings—including fit, style trends, inventory levels, and subscription options—to guide customers confidently.
  • Style Consultation: Assist shoppers in discovering pieces that match their personal aesthetic, event requirements, and budget.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve issues ranging from order discrepancies to return logistics, always aiming for a win‑win outcome.
  • Quality & Productivity: Meet established service level agreements (SLAs) while upholding high‑quality standards and efficiency metrics.

Who You Are – Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer‑focused role (e.g., retail, hospitality, call‑center, e‑commerce).
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask—handling three simultaneous chat conversations while maintaining a high service rating.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset; quick decision‑making in fast‑paced situations.
  • Resilient attitude: ability to bounce back from challenging interactions and maintain a positive demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate solutions clearly and persuasively.

  • Technical aptitude: comfortable navigating G Suite, Google Chrome, Slack, Zoom, and other cloud‑based tools.
