Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our Healthcare Data Management team. This full‑time role is perfect for candidates who are eager to launch a career in health‑care data without prior experience. You will work from the comfort of your home, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure the accurate capture, validation, and migration of critical data sets that support arenaflex’s strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Pharmacy, Retail, and Front‑Office Services (FOS) teams—to enhance existing data migration products and drive new development cycles.
  • Design and implement continuous improvement processes for data governance, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance across all project phases.
  • Act as a Data Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal clients, providing guidance on data standards, best practices, and system integrations.
  • Participate in contractual and legal reviews, contributing data‑analysis expertise to support risk‑mitigation and compliance efforts.
  • Assist in the preparation of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) by supplying accurate data‑related inputs and technical insights.
  • Partner with external vendors, pharmaceutical manufacturers, payers, and health‑system partners to facilitate data exchange and meet contractual obligations.
  • Oversee channel‑specific performance metrics, reporting on data migration progress, issue resolution, and overall project health.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business units, translating arenaflex’s data strategy into actionable plans for pharmacy services, claims processing, and clinical operations.
  • Lead the planning and execution of new service offerings, creating project plans, timelines, and communication strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure all data‑related changes are documented, communicated, and compliant with regulatory standards and internal data governance policies.
  • Mentor junior team members, delivering training, coaching, and performance feedback to build confidence and competence.
  • Coordinate the delivery of analytics and reporting solutions in partnership with external vendors, providing data insights to pharmaceutical, payer, and health‑system partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the IT organization to design, test, and implement solutions that support regulatory data exchange and analytics initiatives.
  • Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks, ensuring that all data activities are performed in a controlled and auditable manner.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of translating technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Basic understanding of data governance principles, data quality concepts, and regulatory considerations in healthcare.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data entry tools or CRM platforms.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for on‑site meetings, training sessions, or client engagements (travel may be within the United States).

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous exposure to healthcare data, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), or specialty pharmacy operations.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Familiarity with data integration technologies (ETL, APIs) and basic scripting languages (SQL, Python).
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, or other health‑information privacy regulations.
  • Prior experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Attention to Detail: Precision in data entry and validation to maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Problem‑Solving: Ability to diagnose data‑related issues, propose corrective actions, and implement solutions.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating evolving project scopes, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
  • Time Management: Efficiently prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining work‑life balance.
  • Customer‑Centric Mindset: Focus on delivering value to internal clients and external stakeholders.
