We are currently seeking a meticulous, analytical, and highly motivated Senior Examiner of Business Knowledge to join our remote team on a part-time basis, earning $21 per hour. Working from the comfort of your home, you will play a vital role in supporting the Overseer of Business Insight by driving information-driven, dynamic interaction with key cross-functional partners including Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Data Engineering, and Data Science. Key Responsibilities

Data Extraction and Aggregation

  • Identify, extract, and consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources to build comprehensive, high-quality reports.
  • Develop efficient data pipelines and queries that ensure timely availability of accurate datasets for downstream analysis.
  • Maintain an organized catalog of data sources, ensuring traceability and accessibility for stakeholders across the organization.

Data Visualization and Reporting

  • Design and build intuitive, visually compelling dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, digestible visuals that empower stakeholders at all organizational levels to make informed decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all data presentations, adhering to arenaflex's brand and analytical standards.
  • Continuously refine and enhance existing reports to improve usability and insight delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Data Engineering, and Data Science to streamline data collection, storage, and analysis processes.
  • Provide expert guidance, mentorship, and analytical support on data-related projects, initiatives, and business inquiries.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, helping them understand data capabilities, limitations, and opportunities.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams by documenting best practices, methodologies, and analytical frameworks.

Data Quality Assurance and Integrity

  • Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to maintain the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of all data used for insights and reporting.
  • Proactively identify potential data issues, anomalies, and risks, and recommend actionable solutions to mitigate them.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards in collaboration with Data Engineering and other technical teams.
  • Monitor data health and performance metrics, ensuring that arenaflex's analytics infrastructure operates at peak efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following foundational experience and skills:

  • SQL Expertise: A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience writing and optimizing complex queries using SQL, Google BigQuery, or comparable data platforms.
  • Data Visualization Proficiency: At least 4 years of experience building dashboards and reports using industry-leading visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical Experience: A minimum of 4 years of professional experience conducting data analysis, generating insights, and supporting business decision-making processes.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: At least 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Office applications, with particular emphasis on advanced Excel functions and compelling PowerPoint presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will set exceptional candidates apart:

  • Working knowledge and hands-on experience with digital media technology stacks, including but not limited to demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), and data management platforms (DMPs).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ecosystems such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Adobe Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and across multiple business functions.
  • Experience working in retail, e-commerce, advertising, or media analytics environments.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Educational Requirements

Candidates must meet one of the following educational and experiential benchmarks:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Alternatively, a High School Diploma combined with a minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
