- Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement and purchasing activities
- Ensure contract compliance and vendor negotiations
- Handle purchase orders, order confirmations, and inventory tracking
- Coordinate product substitutions, logistics, and supply distribution
- Support inventory management and supply chain operations
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Resolve procurement issues and provide recommendations
- Required Qualifications
- Experience in procurement / supply chain / purchasing / buyer roles
- Strong knowledge of vendor management and contract compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- 4+ years of relevant experience
