The Remote Customer Service Representative is the frontline ambassador for arenaflex’s commitment to excellence. You will be the trusted voice that guides customers through product inquiries, order tracking, shipment details, and internal coordination. Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Customer Interaction Management: Promptly respond to external customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, or chat regarding products, orders, shipments, and related concerns.
  • Internal Coordination: Field internal requests from Sales, Freight, Plant, Order Management, and other departments, ensuring seamless information flow.
  • Order Review & Accuracy: Verify order entries, check for discrepancies, and correct issues to maintain data integrity.
  • Problem Resolution & De‑Escalation: Build effective relationships, de‑escalate conflicts, and communicate professionally with all stakeholders to resolve concerns swiftly.
  • Ownership & Follow‑Through: Take full ownership of each inquiry, leverage arenaflex’s resources, conduct thorough reviews, and proactively follow up with relevant parties.
  • Process Improvement Advocacy: Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements, advise Order Management leadership, and actively participate in problem‑solving meetings.
  • Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Partner with Order Management peers to deliver superior customer experiences, share best practices, and contribute insights during team meetings.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned, supporting the broader goals of the Customer Service team and arenaflex.
