Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Account Manager – Clinical RWE to join our dynamic growth team. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, cultivating trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers and project stakeholders.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across the RWE spectrum, including patient enrollment, decentralized clinical trials (DCT), HEOR studies, and post‑marketing research.
  • Collaborate closely with internal scientific, data analytics, and operations teams to develop tailored proposals that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end proposal process: from initial discovery calls, through solution design, pricing strategy, and bid submission, to final contract negotiation and project kickoff (KO).
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including sales, finance, legal, and delivery—to ensure projects are launched on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, tracking progress in CRM systems and providing regular forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Deliver timely and professional communication to clients throughout the proposal cycle, ensuring transparency and alignment on expectations.
  • Support the development of strategic account plans that drive deeper penetration within existing client organizations, uncovering upsell and cross‑sell potential.
  • Participate in industry conferences, webinars, and virtual networking events to stay abreast of emerging trends in RWE, clinical research, and health‑economics.

Essential Qualifications
