Job Title: SaaS, Microsoft 365 & AI Platforms Administrator

Overview

We are seeking a technically proficient and highly organized professional to own our SaaS and AI ecosystem, with primary responsibility for Microsoft 365/SharePoint and our AI platforms. This role will ensure a secure, well governed, and optimized environment while bringing structure to SaaS and AI usage across the organization and ensuring employees have access to the right tools, usage is centralized through corporate accounts, and business needs are translated into platform decisions in partnership with vendors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, Entra ID) Manage permissions, access controls, and governance policies Monitor performance, security, and usage; implement improvements 2. AI Platform Ownership (GenAI Emphasis) Own enterprise AI platforms, ensuring secure, standardized access and usage Understand business needs and translate them into platform requirements Partner with vendors to evaluate and optimize AI tools (with emphasis on GenAI) Ensure all AI usage occurs through approved corporate environments 3. SaaS & AI Portfolio Management Maintain a centralized inventory of all SaaS and AI tools (cost, ownership, renewals) Manage subscriptions and identify optimization opportunities Establish governance for tool adoption and vendor management 4. User Lifecycle & Provisioning Lead onboarding and offboarding across SaaS and AI platforms Manage user provisioning, licenses, and access (SSO/SCIM where applicable) 5. Security, Compliance & Documentation Enforce security best practices (MFA, access reviews, audit logs) Support compliance and data governance requirements, including AI usage Maintain clear documentation and provide light user enablement Qualification & Experience : 4–8+ years in SaaS, IT systems, or platform administration Strong Microsoft 365 experience (SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID) Experience with identity, access management, and provisioning Exposure to AI tools in an enterprise setting, particularly GenAI Ability to translate business needs into platform decisions and work with vendors Familiarity with SaaS lifecycle and subscription management Preferred Experience with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) SaaS management tools (e.g., Zylo, Torii, BetterCloud) Automation or scripting (Power Automate, PowerShell) Exposure to governance, compliance, or audit processes SUCCESS PROFILE Strong operator with clear ownership mindset Effective bridge between business users and technology providers Brings structure and discipline to SaaS and AI usage Ensures tools are both well-governed and widely adopted Apply To This Job
