HR Operations Specialist - 12 MONTH TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented, and customer‑obsessed HR Operations Specialist reporting to the HR Specialized Services Leader, EMEA. This role supports the full employee lifecycle across Talent Management, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Transitions. You will manage daily HR cases, administer benefits and compensation processes, support severance activities, and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries around HR policy, benefits, payroll, and other areas across EMEA via voice, chat, and case management tools. Manage HR requests, partner with team members, and contribute to improving support processes and knowledgebase content. Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows. Administer employee separations and ensure timely, accurate processing of benefits, deductions, and contributions. Resolve data discrepancies between systems and communicate clearly with stakeholders. Collaborate with internal and external partners, including benefits providers. Success Profile Fluency in English and German. Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to address and resolve data issues. High attention to data integrity and accuracy. Technical proficiency with HRIS, data tools, and reporting systems. Clear, collaborative communication with HR teams, technical partners, and leadership. Continuous improvement mindset focused on optimization and error prevention.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. Experience in HR administration and understanding of EMEA HR practices. Knowledge of case management and knowledge management systems.
