About the job Goods & Services is looking for a Senior Technical Writer who will own, design, and execute comprehensive documentation strategies for our Mobile & Cloud platform programs, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. The work you produce will be used by external partners and internal technical and regulatory teams. What you’ll do: Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to document REST APIs, SDK workflows, and cloud-based architecture. Maintain and organize internal technical knowledge bases using Polarion. What you’ll need: 4+ years technical writing experience, preferably developing highly-technical user documentation for advanced engineering customers. Experience developing API and SDK documentation for the iOS and Android platforms. Hands on experience with Polarion. BA/BS in Technical Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Excellent written English skills. Excellent verbal interpersonal skills. Eagerness and aptitude to learn new technologies quickly. Ability to contribute broadly to documentation structure and design. Comfort with a changing, dynamic software development environment. Able to handle high workload, multiple responsibilities, and tight deadlines. Motivation to succeed while working independently. Nice to have: Familiarity with content creation on Confluence or similar systems; experience with Arena. Exposure / experience to AI tools to assist with documentation creation. Apply To This Job
