  • Program Coordination: Act as the knowledgeable liaison for the 340B program, guiding clients through enrollment, compliance, and reporting processes.
  • End‑to‑End Issue Resolution: Own the full lifecycle of client issues—from initial contact through resolution—ensuring a high level of satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage cross‑functional teams to gather, interpret, and present data trends that inform client strategy and program performance.
  • Process Improvement: Solicit client feedback, identify opportunities for workflow enhancements, and recommend system upgrades that increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Training & Guidance: Educate clients on reporting changes, new functionalities, and best practices, helping them achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Support for 340B Reviews: Provide detailed explanations of data flows across multiple platforms, assisting clients during audit cycles both onsite and remotely.
  • Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive logs of client interactions, complaints, resolutions, and follow‑up actions to ensure traceability and compliance.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with internal partners—IT, store operations, legal, finance, and compliance—to facilitate information exchange and problem solving.
  • Industry Insight: Stay current on pharmacy and health‑care trends, using this knowledge to propose enhancements that strengthen arenaflex’s 340B program.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Health‑Care Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in client or record relationship management, preferably in a health‑care or pharmacy setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose, isolate, and resolve moderate to complex business issues, delivering actionable solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines with minimal supervision and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences including senior leadership, cross‑functional teams, and external clients.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation, consistently meeting quality standards and achieving high satisfaction scores.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—Excel (formulas, pivot tables, formatting), PowerPoint (slide creation, design), and Word (document creation, tracking changes).
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for client visits, training sessions, and regional meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a client or record‑management environment that involves regulatory compliance (e.g., 340B, pharmacy benefit management).
  • Background in the health‑care industry, specifically with pharmacy operations, drug pricing programs, or clinical services.
  • Familiarity with data‑entry platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools that support program reporting.
  • Advanced certifications such as Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and translate findings into clear recommendations for clients.
  • Problem‑Solving: Proactive approach to troubleshooting, with a focus on root‑cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship‑building capabilities, empathy, and the ability to influence without authority.
  • Organizational Agility: Comfortable navigating fast‑paced environments, managing multiple priorities, and adapting to changing business needs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Excel for data manipulation, PowerPoint for client presentations, and Word for documentation; experience with ERP or pharmacy management systems is advantageous.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in data entry, documentation, and compliance reporting to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
