As a Remote Integrated Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will become the data‑driven storyteller behind our Advanced Qualification Program (AQP) and Flight Operations Safety initiatives. You’ll work with the Integrated Data Collection and Analysis Tool (IDCAT) to transform raw flight‑safety data into actionable insights that shape training, improve safety outcomes, and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly FAA reports, maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Administer and update IDCAT software components to support flight instructors and evaluators during observation data entry.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for IDCAT, including account management, new user onboarding, and issue resolution.
• Download, cleanse, and load Tableau data onto the arenaxflex server, keeping dashboards current and reliable.
• Analyze, create, and visualize data in Tableau workbooks and dashboards to highlight trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Classify and aggregate instructor/evaluator metrics and feedback, ensuring data integrity for performance assessments.
• Maintain IDCAT observation form templates and generate data‑collection worksheets within the platform.
• Conduct daily training data analyses as defined in AC 120‑54A, identifying performance gaps and presenting findings to Flight Ops Safety leadership.
• Assist with quarterly data reviews for the Data Integration Group (DIG) and AQP, delivering requested data sets to support training staff.
• Execute IDCAT Inter‑Rater Reliability analyses and facilitate the development of IDCAT training content.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors, contributing to cross‑functional projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Aviation Management, or a related field (High School Diploma or GED also required).
• Experience: Minimum 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in data analysis, data visualization, and data‑entry processes, preferably within an aviation or safety‑critical environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Tableau (or comparable BI tools), Alteryx, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Statistical Knowledge: Solid understanding of statistical concepts and the ability to apply quantitative methods to large, complex data sets.
• Regulatory Acumen: Familiarity with FAA reporting requirements and AC 120‑54A standards is highly desirable.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Problem‑Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data‑related issues independently and propose effective solutions.
