Key Responsibilities

  • Document Verification: Scrutinize and authenticate retail and lease paperwork to ensure precision, compliance with arenaflex policies, credit criteria, and all applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Dealer Communication: Manage inbound calls from dealerships during peak hours, providing timely resolutions to pending issues, clarifying documentation requirements, and maintaining a professional, solution‑focused demeanor.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with cross‑functional teams within the Operations Division—including underwriting, compliance, and customer success—to guarantee a seamless end‑to‑end funding experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in coaching sessions, training workshops, and process‑enhancement initiatives aimed at boosting both individual performance and departmental efficiency.
  • Ad‑hoc Projects: Take on additional duties as assigned, such as data analysis, reporting, or special projects that support business objectives and operational excellence.
