  • Investigate and resolve missing or incomplete medication data by contacting prescribers, patients, or internal teams, documenting all actions taken.
  • Respond to inbound patient communications (calls, chats, and messages) with professionalism, providing clear information and escalating complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
