Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain DLP solutions: Configure, tune, and monitor data‑loss‑prevention tools to detect and prevent unauthorized data movement across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.
• Incident response and remediation: Investigate security alerts, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Policy development and enforcement: Draft, review, and enforce data‑handling policies that align with PCI‑DSS, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams: Partner with IT, engineering, legal, and business units to embed security best practices into daily workflows and new projects.
• Audit and compliance: Perform regular audits of data protection controls, document findings, and track remediation progress.
• Automation and scripting: Develop regex, AI‑driven, and fingerprinting scripts to improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives.
• Cloud security operations: Deploy and manage Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) solutions, secure data in AWS, Azure, or GCP, and ensure proper configuration of encryption and access controls.
• Documentation and knowledge sharing: Create clear guides, runbooks, and training materials for new security features and processes.
• Stakeholder communication: Translate complex security concepts into understandable language for non‑technical leaders, helping them make informed decisions.
• Continuous improvement: Stay current on emerging threats, industry trends, and technology advancements to proactively enhance arenaflex’s security posture.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with DLP technologies (e.g., Symantec DLP, Forcepoint, McAfee).
• Demonstrated experience securing data in cloud environments, preferably with AWS services.
• Solid understanding of data classification, data‑at‑rest, data‑in‑motion, and data‑in‑use security controls.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as PCI‑DSS, GDPR, CCPA, and industry‑specific compliance requirements.
• Experience managing CASB solutions and integrating them with enterprise identity and access management (IAM) platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and mobile device security.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret security logs, alerts, and forensic data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

• Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, or SANS GIAC.
