Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, validate, and reconcile high‑volume transactional data across multiple systems, maintaining a 99.9% accuracy rate.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Finance, Product Management, and Business Intelligence—to understand data requirements and deliver clean, usable datasets.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data anomalies, inconsistencies, and duplication issues, documenting root causes and preventive measures.
  • Support the design and implementation of data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Utilize data profiling and curation tools (formerly known as Collibra) to monitor data health, generate quality metrics, and produce actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, data extraction scripts, and reporting dashboards using industry‑standard BI platforms (formerly Power BI, Looker, and similar tools).
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, recommending automation opportunities and process enhancements to increase efficiency.
  • Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to junior team members, fostering a culture of data excellence.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in data entry, data quality, or financial record‑keeping (Accounts Payable/Receivable) within a large‑scale organization.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data manipulation, and familiarity with BI reporting tools (formerly Power BI, Looker). Experience with data governance platforms (formerly Collibra) is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Ability: Demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp complex business concepts, translate them into data requirements, and spot patterns or discrepancies.
