Position Overview – Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Corporate Finance and Customer Support recruitment team. This business‑facing role partners closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leadership to drive end‑to‑end talent acquisition strategies for both internal and external candidates. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging data‑driven insights, market intelligence, and best‑in‑class recruiting practices to fill critical roles that power arenaflex’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as a primary consultant to hiring managers and HR partners, providing expertise on talent gaps, market trends, compensation benchmarks, and diversity initiatives.
  • Full‑Cycle Recruitment: Own the entire recruitment lifecycle—from requisition intake and job description development to sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding—for corporate finance and customer support positions.
  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques, social recruiting, employee referrals, and talent community engagement.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Utilize recruiting analytics and talent intelligence to influence hiring strategies, improve time‑to‑fill, and enhance candidate quality.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross‑functional teams—including Finance, Operations, and Customer Experience—to understand business needs and align recruitment efforts with strategic objectives.
  • Candidate Experience Management: Ensure a seamless, positive experience for all candidates, from initial contact through offer acceptance, reflecting arenaflex’s brand values.
  • Offer & Negotiation Management: Present offers, negotiate terms, and communicate compensation packages in line with market data and internal equity.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, and uphold arenaflex’s ethical standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 4 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on corporate finance, customer support, or similar professional services.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling senior‑level and specialized roles in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
  • Deep understanding of compensation structures, market salary data, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing abilities, capable of building trust with senior leaders and candidates alike.
  • Demonstrated experience working in cross‑functional teams and managing multiple high‑priority requisitions simultaneously.
