Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry & Inventory Fulfillment Specialist, you will be the backbone of our order processing pipeline. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Receiving and accurately logging incoming inventory data using handheld scanners and web‑based interfaces.
  • Preparing customer orders for shipment by selecting items, verifying quantities, and packing them according to arenaflex standards.
  • Loading boxes onto delivery trucks, ensuring proper placement and weight distribution for safe transport.
  • Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet jacks, with training and certification provided at no cost.
  • Reading barcodes, entering SKU numbers, and updating system prompts to reflect real‑time stock levels.
  • Troubleshooting scanning errors, mismatched inventory, and other operational challenges, escalating when necessary.
  • Ensuring every product meets strict quality and safety requirements before it leaves the fulfillment center.
  • Utilizing carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items efficiently while adhering to ergonomic best practices.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized work area and following all safety protocols, including the use of protective gear.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

While this role is home‑based, you will need to meet certain physical standards to ensure safe and effective performance:

  • Lift up to 49 pounds regularly; occasional lifts up to 60 pounds when using utility carts.
  • Stand, walk, squat, bend, and reach throughout each shift; ability to climb stairs where applicable.
  • Work at heights up to 40 feet on mezzanine platforms (training provided).
  • Adapt to temperature variations ranging from 60 °F to 90 °F inside the warehouse; protective clothing may be required.
  • Wear comfortable, closed‑toe shoes; protective safety footwear is supplied for select units.
  • Use hearing protection in noisy environments as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, supply chain, or related fields is a plus.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with data entry software, spreadsheets, and barcode scanning tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while handling repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills for following prompts and reporting issues.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while staying aligned with team goals.
  • Willingness to undergo safety training and obtain PIT certification at no cost.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or e‑commerce logistics.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or custom arenaflex platforms.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other industrial equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of occupational safety standards (OSHA or equivalent).
  • Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other widely spoken languages, to support diverse customer bases.
