About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Customer Management Associate Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Bridgeton, Missouri. This position supports our Midwest regional team and is responsible for executing all critical processes associated with promotions, pricing maintenance, and customer database management. You will play a key role in ensuring that all relevant items, materials, and pricing details are accurately communicated to both our customers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a structured yet fast-paced environment, working between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Standard Time, with occasional overtime as business needs require. This is a regular, full-time opportunity that offers long-term career growth within one of the most influential consumer goods companies in the world.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Management Associate Coordinator, you will work directly with Midwest Directors, Managers, cross-functional teams, and our valued customers, leveraging online systems and various software applications to drive operational excellence. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Product Listing and Pricing Accuracy: Ensure timely, accurate, and complete listing of arenaflex products, along with appropriate pricing and promotional allowances, are maintained in both internal arenaflex systems and external customer platforms.
  • Promotional Calendar Management: Update and communicate promotional calendars accurately and on time to all relevant internal stakeholders and external customer contacts, ensuring alignment across the board.
  • Contract Administration: Complete contracts supporting each customer and promotional event in an accurate and timely manner, and ensure proper communication of all contractual details to all relevant parties.
  • Analytical Support: Apply proficiency in spreadsheets and analytical skills to support Key Account Managers (KAMs) in assessing the effectiveness of various programs, initiatives, and promotional activities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide dedicated support to the Director of Sales (DOS) and the KAM team in the Midwest Region on a wide range of tasks, projects, and duties as required to meet business objectives.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as a reliable point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses that strengthen business relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Data Integrity and Reporting: Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date customer databases while generating regular reports that provide actionable insights to leadership teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency in promotional execution and customer data management.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Educational Background: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Organizational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and operations.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies, promotional planning cycles, and contract management processes.
