Your Role at arenaflex
As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with representing our brand and the airlines we serve in every customer interaction. Your primary mission will be to deliver seamless, accurate, and compassionate support across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly, professionally, and courteously to customer inquiries received via phone, email, and live chat, maintaining arenaflex's high standards of service excellence at all times.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding airline services, policies, procedures, flight schedules, baggage allowances, check-in requirements, and loyalty program benefits.
- Assist customers with new bookings, reservation modifications, cancellations, upgrades, seat assignments, and a variety of other travel-related transactions using arenaflex's proprietary booking platforms and partner systems.
- Listen actively to customer concerns, empathize with their situations, and resolve issues efficiently with a strong focus on first-contact resolution and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated or complex cases with confidence, escalating to senior team members or specialized departments only when necessary, while maintaining ownership of the customer relationship.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with arenaflex standards.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and recurring issues, and communicate these insights to leadership to help improve products, services, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent, high-quality support across all customer touchpoints.
- Stay current on industry developments, airline policy updates, regulatory changes, and internal training to maintain expert-level knowledge of the travel landscape.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores, and quality assurance standards.
Essential Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in a call center, contact center, hospitality, retail, or similar fast-paced environment where you regularly interacted with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and with empathy across phone, email, and chat channels.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with the capacity to assess situations quickly and make sound decisions that benefit the customer and the company.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain calm and focused under pressure in a high-volume, metric-driven environment.
- Proficiency with computers, including the ability to navigate multiple systems, applications, and browsers simultaneously while maintaining conversation quality.

- Prior experience working in the airline, travel, hospitality, or transportation industry, with familiarity around airline reservation systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, or similar GDS platforms.

- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, French, Portuguese, or other languages commonly spoken by international travelers.
