Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Staffing & Recruitment: Partner with sales leadership and the CE leadership team to forecast staffing needs, create detailed job requisitions, and lead interview panels that attract top technical talent.
  • Team Enablement & Training: Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding, technical training, and certification programs for the CE team. Conduct readiness assessments, identify skill gaps, and implement targeted development plans.
  • Opportunity Qualification & Prioritization: Work closely with arenaflex Cloud sales managers to uncover, qualify, and prioritize enterprise opportunities. Provide technical insights during opportunity review meetings to influence win‑rates and deal velocity.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between the CE team, sales account executives, product management, support, and engineering. Resolve product and technical issues that impact pre‑ and post‑sales customer experiences.
  • Customer Advocacy & Solution Design: Lead technical workshops, proof‑of‑concepts, and architecture reviews that demonstrate arenaflex’s value proposition. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business‑focused narratives.
  • Travel & Field Engagement: Allocate up to 30 % of your time to on‑site customer visits, industry events, and regional conferences to deepen relationships and gather market intelligence.

Minimal Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with a technical team in a cloud‑computing environment, or a comparable customer‑facing role.
  • Hands‑on experience building or using machine‑learning solutions and developing applications that leverage AI frameworks and APIs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with conversational technologies, large‑language models, and building dialogue‑driven applications.
  • Demonstrated expertise in document AI and vision AI services.
