Your work will support critical business initiatives, from operational excellence to new revenue‑generating products, and will give you exposure to both the technical and commercial sides of the aviation business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed functional requirements for software enhancements and new applications.
  • Translate business needs into clear, testable specifications that align with arenaflex’s internal tools, processes, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain and update data entry workflows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to industry‑best practices.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies—including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives—to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Conduct functional and integration testing, logging defects, and working closely with developers to verify fixes.
  • Provide timely status reports and dashboards to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as a liaison between technology teams and business units, fostering clear communication and mutual understanding.
  • Assist in the creation of training materials and user guides for new system releases, ensuring smooth adoption across the organization.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve data quality.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a strong aptitude for data manipulation.
  • Fundamental understanding of business analysis techniques, process mapping, and requirements documentation.
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Prior internship or co‑op experience in a technology or business analysis role (minimum six months) is preferred.
