You will be responsible for

- Escalating issues to higher management when necessary
- Collaborating with the team to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Providing product information and recommendations to customers
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate and timely information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary
- Collaborate with the team to achieve customer service goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback Qualifications
- No prior experience required, but enthusiasm and a positive attitude are a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
