Medicare Broker - Remote! W-2! Flexible Schedule!
Job Description: Licensed Health Insurance Agent conducts both Inbound and Outbound calls, focused on selling Medicare Advantage, PDPs, and Supplemental plans from multiple carriers. This is a remote position. Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide client support and knowledgeable guidance during the policy writing and renewal processes;
- Prepare and present policy/coverage options and information to clients;
- Ensure client records are maintained within client management database; and
- Address day-to-day client matters in a timely manner, including questions and issues surrounding claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rates.
Position Requirements:
- Active resident Health Insurance License.
- Current Year AHIP Certified.
- Complete Carrier Certifications and Contracts.
- Adequate equipment to work from home and proficiency in computers.
- Good Sales Background.
- Ability to communicate through virtual platforms.
- Comply with State and CMS guidelines.
