Business Development Representative
Quicksilver Express is a company focused on generating and increasing revenues to support its growth. They are seeking a Business Development Representative responsible for selling services, identifying leads, and providing exceptional support to existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Reach out to potential customers through cold calling
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Skills
- Proven Sales Experience – Minimum of 1-2 years in a sales, business development, or customer acquisition role
- Track Record of Success – Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – Ability to work independently, set goals, and take initiative to achieve results
- Organized & Detail-Oriented – Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively
- Team Player – Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well across departments to drive success
- Flexibility & Adaptability – Comfortable in a hybrid work environment with both remote and in-office requirements
- Tech-Savvy – Comfort with CRM software (Salesforce) and basic business tools (Google Suite)
