Nasdaq is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team, reporting to the Head of Business Development for North America. This role involves supporting the senior sales team in identifying growth opportunities, developing expertise in Private Fund Solutions, and engaging with senior executives to drive interest in Nasdaq's offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Support the senior sales team to identify and pursue key growth opportunities
  • Develop expertise in Nasdaq's Private Fund Solutions and share insights with clients and prospects
  • Contact senior executives to arrange meetings and drive interest in solution demos
  • Monitor capital markets trends and build deep knowledge of private markets and investor relations
  • Manage outbound campaigns across the region and maintain accurate records in Salesforce

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills and ability to grasp complex concepts quickly
  • Results-driven mindset and comfort working in a performance-based environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Understanding of finance, investment management, or capital markets
  • Exposure to private equity, venture capital, or private markets
