In this role, you will assist customers in finding the perfect jewelry for special occasions, provide expert advice, and build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through chat, SMS text and phone calls live in the moment or in a scheduled appointment
• Showcase our merchandise online, sharing detailed information about each item’s features and benefits
• Provide information about extended service agreements and financing options, ensuring a seamless and delightful shopping experience
• Contribute to sales growth through digital sales, live selling, social media presence, store collaboration, and connected commerce
• Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, always with a positive attitude
• Conduct outreach to maintain long-lasting customer relationships and build a personal sales clientele
