Recruiting Coordinator
Bain & Company is consistently recognized as one of the world’s best places to work, and they are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their Texas Recruiting team. This role involves providing administrative and operational support to the recruiting team, planning and executing recruiting activities, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage recruiting activities for designated Texas core schools
- Plan and execute recruiting events, including venue coordination, logistics, scheduling, and candidate communications
- Track recruiting pipelines and coordinate activities across Bain offices
- Manage event invitations, RSVPs, interview schedules, and candidate logistics
- Attend recruiting events and support execution both on campus and in-office
- Coordinate interview day logistics, including travel, materials, space reservations, and catering
- Support Associate Consultant Intern, Associate Consultant, and other undergraduate recruiting programs
- Assist with resume reviews, candidate screening logistics, and interviewer materials
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and referrals throughout the recruiting process
- Manage communications with Career Services offices, student organizations, and campus partners
- Coordinate recruiting-related communications across Bain offices
- Provide timely support to consulting staff participating in recruiting activities
- Assist with off-season communications, including onboarding and new hire integration activities
- Support recruiting event planning and commitment tracking
- Maintain recruiting data and reporting within Avature
- Assist with candidate expense reimbursements
- Coordinate offer letter updates and offeree materials
- Monitor recruiting supplies and marketing materials
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year of recruiting, administrative, coordination, or related professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with databases, HR systems, or applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Experience supporting recruiting activities within a professional services environment
- Experience coordinating events, interviews, or campus recruiting programs
- Familiarity with Avature or similar recruiting platforms
