Client Relationship Manager
The community is a global creative agency that partners with growing brands through culturally honest creativity. They are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, manage project timelines and budgets, and support the creative process by collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with junior and mid-level client partners, serving as a trusted, responsive point of contact
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, competitive landscape, and industry trends—and translate that into actionable guidance for internal teams
- Proactively manage timelines, budgets, and priorities (in partnership with PMs) to ensure seamless delivery and no surprises for clients or internal stakeholders
- Capture and synthesize key meeting outcomes, translating discussions into clear next steps, responsibilities, and aligned actions across teams
- Partner with internal team leads to support the creative process - including the briefing of media, creative, and strategy teams, ensuring clarity and continuity from brief through execution
- Leverage AI tools to streamline core workflows (meeting notes, status tracking, timelines, and documentation), increasing speed and accuracy
- Apply human judgment to refine AI outputs—ensuring all client-facing materials are accurate, nuanced, and aligned to client expectations
- Elevate beyond task management by focusing time on relationship-building, communication, and proactive problem-solving
- Identify opportunities to use AI to improve team efficiency and output quality, while maintaining a high standard of human oversight
- Serve as the “quality control layer” between AI-assisted outputs and client delivery—ensuring work feels thoughtful, tailored, and insight-driven
- Act as a connector across disciplines—ensuring media, creative, and strategy teams are aligned and set up for success
- Support a positive, solutions-oriented team environment, helping unblock challenges and keep work moving forward
- Contribute to a culture of clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement in how we work
Skills
- 1–3 years of fast-paced advertising agency (or equivalent) experience in account management or client services
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence interacting with clients
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
- Curiosity and openness to leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and ways of working
