[Remote] Growth Activation Specialist (Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Myriad360 is a company focused on enabling employees to achieve great things. The Growth Activation Specialist role is responsible for executing and accelerating marketing campaigns to drive engagement and pipeline velocity.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound and direct audience acquisition campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and related channels
- Activate partner and corporate campaigns by coordinating outreach motions with sales and partner teams
- Coordinate campaign handoffs, timelines, and readiness with sales teams
- Support partner co-marketing and partner-led motions with clear activation plans
- Manage campaign execution logistics including lists, sequencing, messaging alignment, and follow-up motions
- Operationalize offers, promotions, and incentives tied to campaigns
- Provide feedback loops to Growth Marketing on what’s resonating and what needs optimization
Skills
- 1–4 years experience in growth marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, SDR/BDR, or campaign execution roles
- Hands-on experience with outbound channels (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (from a user and execution perspective)
- Experience supporting or working with sales and/or partner teams
- Strong project coordination and execution skills
- B2B technology or services experience preferred
