Deluxe is a global leader in media and entertainment services for film, video, and online content. The Entertainment Biller is responsible for preparing, processing, and managing billing and invoicing for entertainment projects, ensuring accuracy and timely financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices for clients, projects, or events in accordance with company policies and client agreements
- Verify and reconcile billing information with contracts, purchase orders, and other supporting documentation
- Resolve billing issues and disputes in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions
- Assist in tracking payments and resolving discrepancies
- Work closely with production, accounting, and legal teams to ensure alignment on billing terms and conditions
- Support financial audits and reviews by providing necessary documentation and explanations
Skills
- Prior experience in billing, accounting, or financial management, preferably in the entertainment industry
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and tight timelines
- Proficiency in billing and accounting software (e.g., Media Pulse, SAP, or similar systems)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
