Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Instagram Comment Moderator to join our growing digital engagement team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and responding to comments on our clients Instagram pages to maintain a positive and engaging online presence. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, skilled in communication, and capable of working independently while following brand guidelines and community standards.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and moderate Instagram comment sections for multiple brand pages in real-time.

Remove spam, offensive, or inappropriate comments in accordance with brand and platform guidelines.

Respond to customer queries and engage with followers using approved tone and messaging.

Escalate sensitive or complex issues to the appropriate team members or departments.

Maintain records of recurring issues, flagged users, and community trends.

Collaborate with social media managers to align with campaign goals and engagement strategies.

Ensure consistency in communication, tone, and messaging across different posts and time zones.

Stay updated on Instagrams latest community guidelines and trends in engagement.
- Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent written English with impeccable grammar and tone.

Familiarity with Instagrams features, community rules, and content moderation tools.
- *
Strong attention to detail and ability to detect subtle variations in content.
- *
Ability to make sound judgments and handle sensitive content with professionalism.

Fast typing speed and quick response ability in live comment streams.

Comfortable using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) is a plus.
- Experience

1–2 years of experience in social media moderation, customer service, or community management preferred.

- Working Hours

Flexible shifts available: candidates should be available for 4–8 hours per day.
