Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accent Reduction & Communication Coach to help employees improve English pronunciation, speech clarity, communication confidence, and develop a more neutral/American English-speaking style. Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in accent modification, speech coaching, pronunciation training, or speech therapy.
- Experience coaching Indian and/or Spanish/Hispanic English speakers.
- Experience working with adult professionals in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of American English pronunciation, intonation, rhythm, and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct virtual one-on-one and group coaching sessions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, DELTA, or Accent Modification Certification
Work Schedule:
- Remote
- Hourly Contract
- Must be available to conduct coaching sessions during US East Coast business hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST).
