Position Overview: As an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our clients’ websites for search engines, improving their online visibility, and driving organic traffic. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities:Optimize client websites using WordPress and Webflow CMS, including making functionality edits and creating content updates. Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for local and broad SEO strategies. Optimize Google Business pages and ensure consistent business listings across platforms. Write strong, keyword-dense copy for web pages that aligns with SEO best practices. Improve and implement schema data on the backend of websites to enhance search engine visibility and rich snippets. Understand and implement accessibility and site function aspects of SEO to enhance user experience. Perform essential SEO tasks, including editing meta titles, improving SEO scores, and enhancing overall site functionality. Provide clear and insightful SEO reporting to clients, outlining progress and areas for improvement. Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Collaborate with the team in an agency setting to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Qualifications:Minimum 5 years experience Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, preferably in an agency setting. Strong understanding of WordPress and Webflow CMS, with the ability to make edits and adjustments as needed. In-depth knowledge of the current SEO landscape, including local vs. broad SEO strategies. Familiarity with Google Business page optimization and maintaining consistent business listings. Excellent writing skills with the ability to create keyword-dense copy for web content. Strong understanding of improving schema data on the backend of websites to enhance SEO performance. Understanding of accessibility standards and site functionality aspects related to SEO. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret SEO metrics and reporting. Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
