Right now, we are looking for an ATL/TL Full Stack (Java & React) to join our crew. Is that you? Our Dream Hire · Knows the ins and outs of full-stack development · Has strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and modern web technologies · Capable of taking ownership and leading technical initiatives · Proactively drives improvements and best practices · Has strong leadership and communication skills · Performs well both independently and as part of a team · Thrives in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements · Enjoys mentoring and guiding other engineers What you need to have · At least 7+ years of experience in software development · Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and SQL · Strong experience with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Redux · Experience working with cloud-native environments such as Azure and Kubernetes · Ability to design scalable and maintainable large-scale solutions · Good understanding of DevOps practices · Experience working in an Agile environment · Experience leading teams or mentoring engineers would be an added advantage What you'll do · Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React · Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions · Work directly with our Nordic customers & their partners · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software · Work, learn and lead in a remote agile team environment Curious?
