Discover Impactful Work: Join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Sourcing Specialist and play a key role in shaping the future of our organization. In this role, you'll build and nurture talent pipelines for critical positions, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver proactive sourcing solutions. You'll leverage market intelligence, talent mapping, and innovative sourcing techniques to identify top talent while creating a positive and engaging candidate experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining research, data, and relationship-building to influence hiring decisions and drive business success.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Conduct talent market research and competitive intelligence to support hiring strategies Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent requirements Engage and nurture passive candidates through targeted outreach and talent engagement campaigns Analyze sourcing data and market trends to provide actionable talent insights Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the sourcing and engagement process Utilize ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools to effectively manage candidate pipelines and sourcing activities

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, research, or recruitment within an agency or corporate environment, ideally a CRO Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Strong understanding of recruiting research methods, tools, processes and frameworks Experience using ATS and CRM systems Demonstrated experience in data analysis and research-driven decision making Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels Experience developing and executing candidate engagement and talent attraction campaigns Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and resourceful approach Professional telephone and candidate engagement skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ​Benefits We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, and a comprehensive range of employee benefits.
