Dolby OptiView is a video streaming software platform enabling enterprises to deliver high-quality audio and video experiences globally. Our SaaS platform supports customers across media, advertising, and real-time communications. Role Overview The Senior Manager, Delivery Engineering (Technical) leads a team of highly technical Delivery Engineers responsible for designing and delivering complex integrations of Dolby OptiView’s streaming platform. This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining people management with direct involvement in solution design, architecture decisions, and complex customer implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a distributed team of Delivery Engineers across EMEA, NAMER, and APAC, ensuring high-quality technical delivery and customer outcomes. Own technical solution design standards and guide architecture decisions for complex customer integrations. Personally lead the most complex and high-risk implementations, including architecture design and troubleshooting. Manage delivery portfolio across onboarding, migrations, and Professional Services engagements. Own onboarding checkpoint process and ensure production readiness prior to customer go-live. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success stakeholders. Drive process improvement and adoption of AI tools to increase delivery efficiency and scalability. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles with at least 2 years in leadership or senior IC role. Strong hands-on software engineering background with ability to guide implementation decisions. Experience in video streaming, SaaS, AdTech, or media platforms. Experience designing and delivering production-grade distributed systems or integrations. Ability to earn credibility with senior engineers and architects. Strong experience managing complex technical implementations and stakeholder expectations. Familiarity with modern tech stacks including Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and containerization.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams. Experience in high-growth environments building processes and delivery models.
