In this high-impact position, you will act as the subject matter expert for electrical safety, partnering with diverse teams to ensure best-in-class standards and practices are embedded across all transformer manufacturing sites. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. This is an opportunity to influence strategy, champion innovation in safety practices, and drive meaningful change in a dynamic industrial environment. will collaborate with cross-functional leaders, contribute to regional and global initiatives, and help elevate performance through insight, coaching, and technical expertise.
