Supporting Student Success Timely responses to student and family inquiries, coupled with prompt grading and constructive feedback, form the pillars of facilitating student progress. Comply with educational standards, communicate effectively, and conduct regular synchronous sessions or instructional hours to ensure student support. Essential Requirements Your commitment extends to honoring individual student plans and maintaining utmost confidentiality. Participate in curriculum reviews, attend meetings as scheduled, and support student onboarding processes. Your Contribution You create an environment conducive to student needs. Your adaptability and willingness to contribute to the school's mission and goals, both in regular and summer school settings, are crucial. Desired Skills And Qualifications Your compliance with ethical and professional standards established by the education board and legislature, along with a solid grasp of instructional practices, is essential. Technological proficiency in online systems and excellent communication skills are imperative for success in this role. Education & Experience A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the relevant academic field is required, accompanied by a valid Idaho Teacher Certification and prior experience in online teaching. Proficiency in Google Apps for Education and experience working with non-traditional students is advantageous.
