Compliance and Legal Associate - B2B Realty We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and disciplined Compliance and Legal Associate to support the legal and operational compliance functions of our property management company. The ideal candidate will have strong research and interpretation skills, the ability to work with structured processes, and a high level of accuracy in execution. This role requires deep focus, consistency, and ownership of compliance-related workflows. Note: This is a remote position and candidates will be working in US business hours (EST).

Responsibilities

Ensuring all assigned properties meet required property condition compliance standards and regulatory requirements. Managing licensing and communications compliance, including tracking renewals, maintaining documentation, and ensuring deadlines are met. Conducting legal research and interpretation to support compliance decisions and internal policies. Executing security deposit (SD) returns in accordance with legal requirements and company procedures. Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and audit trails for all compliance-related activities. Identifying compliance gaps, risks, or inconsistencies and proactively recommending improvements. Ensuring strict adherence to internal SOPs and external regulatory frameworks. Supporting internal teams with compliance-related queries and documentation requirements

Requirements
