  • Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service processes and standards.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers, software applications, and online communication tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience
  • Previous customer service or support experience is preferred, ideally in the travel, airline, or hospitality industry.
  • Experience in remote or virtual work environments is an advantage.

  • Flexible scheduling with options for full-time or part-time remote shifts.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required depending on business needs.
