Our client, a renowned digital media studio, is seeking a highly creative and experienced Lead Visual Artist to join their dynamic team in

. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of our groundbreaking projects, from interactive installations to immersive digital experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in various artistic mediums, including 3D modeling, digital painting, concept art, and animation. You will be responsible for guiding junior artists, maintaining artistic consistency across projects, and collaborating closely with directors and product managers to translate creative visions into stunning visual realities. Responsibilities: Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual assets for diverse projects. Mentor and manage a team of talented visual artists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Develop and maintain style guides and asset libraries to ensure visual coherence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to achieve project goals. Present artistic concepts and progress to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively. Stay abreast of emerging art trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry. Troubleshoot and resolve artistic challenges during the production pipeline. Oversee the quality assurance of all visual outputs. Contribute to the artistic direction and strategic planning of the visual arts department. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual assets, managing project timelines and resources effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in visual arts, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Maya, Blender, ZBrush, and Substance Painter. Exceptional artistic talent, with a keen eye for composition, color theory, and detail. Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of art principles and art history. Experience with game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of artistic styles and techniques is required.
