This role combines technical expertise with strong soft skills to guide business users through implementation and resolve issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline technical support for Windows Hello for Business enrollment and troubleshooting
- Walk business users through setup processes and best practices
- Diagnose and resolve authentication and device-related issues
- Develop and maintain support documentation and FAQs
- Gather feedback from users to identify training or process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills with Windows environments
- Excellent soft skills: patience, empathy, and clear communication
